Project Planning
This includes defining client needs, identifying the objectives, process mapping, formulating procedures and methods to achieve the objectives.
Appointment of Consultants / Agencies
This includes selection of the principal consultant viz. Architectural consultant by conducting suitable pre-qualification procedure and identifying other main / sub- consultants for the project viz. structural and other service related consultants.
Preparation of Estimates & Tender Documents
This includes preparation of detailed estimates based on the final approved drawings and preparation of necessary rate analysis, estimation of the project cost, obtaining necessary financial approval from the client and preparation of tender documents.
Finalization of Contract
This includes floating of the tender documents, inviting and opening of technical and financial bids, comparison of rates and preparing justification statement, negotiating with the lowest eligible agency, finalization of the contract and recommendation to the Clients for award of work.
Project Monitoring & Control
This includes complete onsite management of the project, including quantity estimation, Quality Management, Site Safety Management, approval of Contractors’ bills and as-built drawings and helping our clients complete their prestigious projects on time and within budget.
